Space Union (UAB SPACEUNION) is a Vilnius-based innovation and R&D company focused on photoelectronic technology and laser directed energy systems. The company operates at the intersection of defense technology and space applications, developing solutions for counter-UAV protection, space debris removal, and next-generation satellite laser communication links.

Space Union s C-UAV portfolio includes short-range laser defense systems capable of detecting and neutralizing drones through directed energy, border and customs security systems with radar detection range up to 5 km, drone-mounted laser blinding systems, and infrastructure protection solutions for critical facilities such as power plants and water treatment facilities.

In the space domain, Space Union is developing active space debris removal technology using laser directed energy to decelerate spent satellites for deorbiting. The company is also registered with the ITU as a low orbit operator, with satellite gateway infrastructure designed to support laser inter-satellite links for 5G network extension, IoT connectivity, and quantum key distribution.
