About SpaceLink
SpaceLink Corporation is building a high-capacity relay satellite constellation in Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) that ensures at least one relay satellite is always visible to any Low Earth Orbit spacecraft or habitat. Their Always in Sight service eliminates data downlink delays — reducing wait times from 45–90 minutes to near real-time — for satellite operators in commercial Earth observation, defense and intelligence, civil space, and human spaceflight sectors.
SpaceLink holds exclusive licensing for more than 21 GHz of radio frequency spectrum for relay services, making them the commercial successor to NASA's TDRSS data relay system. Their architecture is designed to scale to 10 Terabits per second of orbiting optical capacity, with intersatellite links routing data directly to customer-specified ground terminals anywhere on Earth.
Headquartered in McLean, Virginia with a Silicon Valley office in Mountain View, California, SpaceLink is a wholly owned subsidiary of Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (EOS), a public company traded on the Australian stock exchange. SpaceLink has received NASA contracts and DARPA Space-BACN selection for optical ground relay studies.
