EOS SpaceLink offers secure connectivity solutions tailored for defense and intelligence sectors, where timely data is critical. The service aims to eliminate data delays, measuring latency in milliseconds rather than minutes, to provide near real-time intelligence. This is achieved through their “Always in Sight™” spacecraft, which ensures immediate data downlink. The system is designed to overcome common delays experienced with traditional ground station setups, where large data files like Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery can face 45 to 90-minute delays before processing. EOS SpaceLink’s dedicated network, positioned in Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), allows for immediate data downlink at one of their gateways or directly to the required destination. This ensures automatic, secure, and certain delivery of traffic to secure ground stations or user terminals anywhere on Earth.
