About
The 1p/2p/3p Horizontal Integration Support Jig is ground support equipment designed to assist in the integration of PocketQube satellite stacks (1p, 2p, or 3p configurations) into the primary structure. It holds the spacecraft in a horizontal orientation raised above the working surface, which makes it suitable for testing with deployable elements such as antennas and solar arrays during integration. The jig provides support during PocketQube integration, reducing the risk of damage to the satellite system during handling. It is compliant with the latest PocketQube standards and features segmented tabs that allow quick adaptability between different PocketQube sizes (1p, 2p, 3p). The jig is manufactured from Acetal material, with a length of 272 mm, width of 125 mm, height of 40 mm (without spacecraft), and a clearance below the spacecraft of 10 mm.
