About
The GNSS-701 is a compact yet powerful satellite GNSS receiver, an upgraded version of the GPS12-V1/GPS-701 with an improved core and expanded interface capabilities, maintaining over a decade of flight heritage. It determines orbital position, enables orbit manoeuvres, and provides accurate time knowledge for satellites, with flight history on missions including AprizeSats 1-5/8/10, Genesis 1-2 (Bigelow Aerospace), exactView 5-6/11, and FalconSat-5/6. The GNSS-701 (single frequency) tracks GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo with 1.5 m position accuracy and a 40 s cold start. The GNSS-702 (dual frequency) adds L2/E5b/B2 bands for 1.2 m position accuracy. The GNSS-703 (multi-frequency) further adds L5/E5a/AltBOC/B3 bands for the highest accuracy in the family.
