About
AAC Clyde Space’s STARBUCK-Nano is a CubeSat power control and distribution unit engineered for 3U to 16U missions, one of the most flown power system ranges in the world since 2014. It provides maximum power point tracking for efficient solar array power generation, multiple protection methods, autonomous watchdogs, and a single-board PC104-compatible design. It is compatible with AAC Clyde Space PHOTON solar panels and OPTIMUS batteries, supporting both body-mounted and deployable solar array configurations. The NANO variant targets 2U/3U platforms with body-mounted panels, while the NANO-PLUS variant is designed for 3U-12U platforms using deployable panels and adds an extended number of battery charge regulators.
