AmbaSat-1 Sensor 04

The AmbaSat-1 Sensor 04 pack includes the OPT3001DNPT ambient light sensor, an AmbaSat-1 Daughterboard, and all necessary daughterboard components such as resistors and capacitors. The OPT3001 is a sensor specifically designed to measure the intensity of visible light. Its spectral response closely mimics the photopic response of the human eye, and it features strong infrared rejection. This makes it a single-chip lux meter capable of accurately measuring light intensity as perceived by the human eye, irrespective of the light source. The precision spectral response and robust IR rejection of the device ensure accurate light metering. This sensor module is designed to plug directly into the AmbaSat-1 main satellite board and utilizes the I2C interface for transmitting sensor data.
