The module integrates the full SSPA chain including GaN MMIC die, bias circuits, and RF matching networks in a compact 63x60x25 mm aluminum housing.

Biased from a single 25-28 VDC supply and activated through an enable signal, the module features integrated power detection and temperature monitoring to facilitate system health telemetry and gain control. The VSWR is 1.90:1, and RF ports use 2.92 mm connectors for compatibility with K-band waveguide and coaxial test equipment.
