About

Building on more than 20 years of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development for critical aerospace requirements — starting with the DP-800 Multi Programmer introduced in 1994 — Data Patterns has developed a broad family of ATE for space and launch vehicle systems. Early cPCI/VME-based systems supported ISRO’s PSLV and GSLV navigation platform test benches, engine test bed automation, and cable harness test systems. The current portfolio spans the Avionics Suite Tester, BrahMos Checkout Equipment, Digital Flight Control Computer tester, Go/No-Go testers, Power Module Tester for DC-DC converters used in India’s space program, Generic RF ATE for radar subsystem testing, Cable Harness Test Systems for launch vehicle and missile-level cabling, Bus Management Unit test systems (testing redundant architectures with 3000+ I/Os), the Redundant Strap-Down Inertial Navigation System (RESINS) checkout station, the Scan Mirror Test system for validating on-board satellite scan mirror mechanisms, and a Strain Data Acquisition System for measuring static strain on large structures such as launch vehicle fuel tanks using 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs.
