About
Data Patterns has supplied Cable Harness Test Systems with up to 20,000 lines test capability at a single location. Portable versions capable of handling as small as 384 points have also been addressed. The system features scalability from 128 lines to over 30,000 lines for portable large systems. It is implemented using a High Voltage Insulation Measurement Module, High Voltage Matrix Switch, High Voltage Relay Switch, and Precision Multimeter. The system is configured with a Central Control Station and Distributed Slave Stations. It measures Continuity, Wrong Connections, Resistance, and performs Special Tests including Diode Tests, Relay / Manual Switch Assemblies control, Shield, Forced Current, Isolation, Insulation, and Cable capacitance.
