Automated Test Equipment for aerospace, defence and space applications
Description
Data Patterns' core business for over 20 years has been the development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for critical aerospace requirements. The company developed a Multi Programmer with associated test automation software in 1994 (the DP-800), used for Navigation Platform Test Benches, Engine Test Bed Automation and Cable Harness Test Systems, and effectively utilized in test benches for ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and Geo Stationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV). Based on this foundation, next-generation test benches were developed in cPCI and VME architectures. Notable systems include the complete ATE for validating Line Replaceable Units on the Seaking Helicopter for the Navy, and the BrahMos Missile Checkout Equipment developed for DRDO and BrahMos to validate the complete performance of the missile through its umbilical interface.
