Micro Channel Heat Pipes (MCHP)

Micro Channel Heat Pipes are a hybrid HP-PHP solution that remains a simple and lightweight ultra-efficient cooling solution. The lightweight flat aluminium heat pipe design can be customized in length and bends to suit the application, with a hybrid design that improves performance across different orientations. Process mirrors standard heat pipes: vaporization at the heat source, vapor travel to a condensation zone above the source, condensation, and return flow via internal grooves. Typical applications include batteries (prismatic, pouch, cylindrical cell) and embedded electronics (ADAS, ECU/CPU/GPU, radar/lidar sensors).
