About
The WB-RX-9296-LN is a highly sensitive W-Band receiver module that nominally works from 92-96 GHz but can be customized to work in most W-Band frequencies. Its low noise figure of 3.5 dB enhances sensitivity, giving a minimum usable sensitivity of less than -100 dBm. RF connection is made through a WR10 waveguide, and the receiver is operable with a local oscillator frequency of either 10.5-11.5 GHz or 21-23 GHz. It is intended for broadband RF front-ends supporting space, air, and ground communications, mmWave radar systems (where it can be paired with Celtonn’s WB-TX-9296MP transmitter module), and integrated LO synthesis for specialized communication applications. Together with Celtonn’s W-Band transmitter, bandpass filter, and low noise amplifier modules, the receiver forms part of a modular W-Band RF front-end product family aimed at satellite communications and mmWave radar system integrators.
