Available with an output shaft or flange, the CSF-2XH miniature gearheads are engineered for direct coupling to any servomotor, with the motor shaft attaching directly to the gearhead input element. These gearheads are offered in 4 sizes, providing gear ratios from 30:1 to 100:1 and peak torque ranging from 0.5 to 28 Nm. Key features include zero backlash and high positioning accuracy, typically between ±1.5 to 10 arc-minutes, all within a very compact design. They incorporate a compact 4-point ball bearing mounted in the main shaft and are available in diameters from 22mm to 53mm. The gearheads utilize an S tooth profile and offer both flange (F) or shaft (J) output options. These mini strain wave gears are particularly well-suited for demanding applications in semiconductor manufacturing and robotics.
