The Harmonic Drive® CSG Series gearing component sets are designed for high torque applications, representing the second generation of cup-type component sets from Harmonic Drive. The CSG 2A is available in 10 different sizes, offering a range of gear reduction ratios from 50:1 to 160:1. This high torque series was developed based on the CSF standard torque series, with a focus on enhancing load capacity, improving strength and reliability, and extending the overall service life of the components. Key features include a peak torque range of 23Nm to 3419Nm, zero backlash, high accuracy, and a high load capacity output bearing. Lightweight versions of these component sets are also available to meet specific application requirements.
