The Harmonic Drive® CSG-GH Series gearheads are engineered for servo and stepper motors, delivering exceptional performance with zero-backlash. These gearheads provide a 30% increase in torque compared to the standard CSF-GH gearhead, along with a 42% longer operational life, all while maintaining high accuracy and repeatability. The CSG-GH Series incorporates Harmonic Drive’s proprietary S tooth profile, which is key to its unrivaled performance characteristics. Designed for ease of integration, the Quick Connect® coupling allows for straightforward mounting of any servo motor. Available in five frame sizes, the CSG-GH offers a peak torque range from 23Nm to 3,419Nm and ratios from 50:1 to 160:1. It boasts an accuracy of less than 1 arc-min and repeatability between ±4 to ±10 arc-sec. The gearheads feature a cross roller output bearing and are available with various output options, including flange output, output shaft without a key, or a shaft with a key and center tapped hole.
