About
This is an indoor CW/PW LDMOS UHF Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) capable of delivering 1.25kW output power. It operates in both continuous wave and pulsed wave modes. The unit features a standard 19” rack mounting and is liquid cooled. It includes internal self-protection mechanisms for temperature, fan failure, overduty, and power supply failure. Remote control is available via discrete analog or digital signals, and it monitors output power and various alarms. The SSPA has an input frequency range of 3 GHz ±5 MHz and provides a gain of > 57 dB.
