About
The DAS1 is a multi-sensor data acquisition system capable of sampling and processing measurements from multiple Bartington three-axis magnetometers. Each Decaport can connect up to 10 magnetometers, and a single PXI chassis can accommodate up to 8 Decaports. The entire system is housed within a portable 19-inch rack-style case. Its PC-based processing offers significant flexibility for software designers. A pre-compiled LabVIEW™ application is provided, and source code is available to assist users in developing their own software. Key features include support for up to 80 three-axis magnetometers, a PXI unit (including A-D cards), one or more programmable Decaports, compatibility with most Bartington sensors, and programmable LabVIEW™ software.
