About
The CAST-2000 is DFH Satellite / CAST standard small satellite bus for 200-1,000 kg class LEO, MEO, and HEO missions. Offering at least 1 kW beginning-of-life power and attitude control accuracy better than 0.1 degree, CAST-2000 supports a wide range of payloads including high-resolution optical imagers, SAR radar, and atmospheric sounders. International deliveries include Venezuela VRSS-1 Earth observation satellite (launched 2012). Available in three sub-variants: CAST-1000A (30 kg), CAST-1000B (100 kg), and CAST-1000C (200 kg) class payloads.
