For missions beyond the CubeSat standard, DHV Technology offers solar panels for small satellites in the 12U to 100 kg class. These are custom-configured deployable arrays integrated with structural hinges and latching mechanisms, built to the customer’s power budget and envelope requirements.
DHV Technology provides detailed power analysis during the design phase and can supply complete integrated solar array assemblies with deployment mechanisms. The panels use the same high-efficiency triple-junction cells as the CubeSat series, with radiation-shielded coverglass for longer mission lifetimes.
Applications include Earth observation platforms, communications microsatellites, and technology demonstration smallsats in LEO and SSO orbits.
