The FD series differential gear is an ultra-compact component set designed for precision phase and timing adjustments during operation. This unit consists of only four parts: the wave generator, flexspline, circular spline, and dynamic spline, and is intended for integration directly into machine designs. Key features include its pancake component set configuration, very small backlash with no assembly adjustment required, and very large reduction ratios between the adjusting shaft and the output. This allows for precision position adjustment with minimal torque needed for the adjusting shaft, making it easily installed into OEM equipment. The FD-2 is mounted coaxially and offers a robust solution for applications requiring fine-tuning capabilities.
