The FHA-C series offers super-flat hollow shaft actuators designed for high torque, exceptional positioning accuracy, and high torsional stiffness. These actuators feature a large hollow bore, allowing wires, tubing, laser beams, or other components to pass directly through the axis of rotation. This design is particularly beneficial for applications such as robotics, where it facilitates the routing of cables for manipulator arms or hands. In the semiconductor industry, the hollow shaft can accommodate wiring and tubing for inspection equipment and wafer handling systems.
