About
The FHA-C Mini Series actuators are designed for applications requiring high torque, accuracy, and repeatability in a compact form factor. They integrate a high-precision Harmonic Drive® gear component with a pancake brushless servo motor. For feedback, an incremental or multi-turn absolute encoder is integrated, providing high-resolution velocity and position data. A robust cross roller output bearing allows direct mounting of heavy loads without additional support. New options include a Dual Absolute Encoder and panel mount connectors. These actuators are compatible with various servo drives, including Harmonic Drive’s REL, RTL, DDP, and HA-680, as well as Mitsubishi’s MELSERVO-J4 (SSCNET III/H). An integrated servo drive option is also available. Key features include zero backlash, a hollow-shaft design (for incremental encoder), high torque-to-weight and torque-to-volume ratios, and support for high loads.
