About
The FHA-Mini Dual Encoder Compact Servo Actuator incorporates dual absolute encoders into the FHA-C mini actuator, maintaining the compact size of the long-standing single incremental encoder version. These dual encoders utilize BiSS-C bi-directional communication and provide single-turn absolute position at the output without requiring battery backup. This eliminates the need for a battery to store current position when power is lost, a common requirement for typical multi-turn encoders monitoring the motor input shaft. Panel mount connectors come standard, with four exit options available, offering enhanced design flexibility and reliability. The FHA-C mini Series is known for its high torque, exceptional accuracy, and repeatability, combining a high-precision Harmonic Drive® gear component with a pancake brushless servo motor. It features a single-turn 14-bit (16384 cpr) gear output encoder and a single-turn 14-bit (16384 cpr) motor input encoder, providing a true absolute encoder solution.
