This is an 800W outdoor GaN C-band SSPA/BUC designed for satellite communication. It features an operating frequency range of 5.85 – 6.425 GHz with a LO of 4.9 GHz, and an input frequency range for the BUC of 950-1525 MHz. The unit provides a typical saturated output power (PSAT) of 59 dBm and a linear output power (PLINEAR) of 58 dBm, with a gain greater than 70 dB. It supports automatic control modes (AGC, ALC) and includes a pressure window and an output RF calibrated sample port. The SSPA/BUC operates over an extended temperature range of -30 ºC to +55 ºC and can withstand 100% condensing humidity. It has a weight of 45 Kg and dimensions of 442 x 424 x 302 mm.
