This indoor standalone GaN Ku-band SSPA/BUC offers output power options of 150W, 325W, and 600W. It supports an input frequency range of 950-1700 MHz or 950-1450 MHz for the BUC, and an operating frequency range of 13.75-14.50 GHz (LO 12.80 GHz) or 12.75-13.25 GHz (LO 11.80 GHz). The unit provides a gain of >65 dB for SSPA and >70 dB for BUC, with attenuation adjustment ranges of 25 dB in 0.25 dB steps for BUC and 25 dB in 0.10 dB steps for SSPA. It features remote control via RS-485 or USB and monitors parameters such as forward/reverse output power, input power, and temperature. Internal self-protection includes temperature, reflected power, and high input-output power. The power supply module is a 1RU 19” subrack with hot-swappable AC/DC converters, supporting 90-264 VAC input. The unit has dimensions of 483 x 266 x 601 mm (including handles) and weighs 45 Kg. Operating temperature is 0 ºC to +50 ºC.
