The GATE Thruster S is the smallest of GATE Space’s high-precision chemical thrusters, featuring closed-loop pressure control via the combustion chamber for consistently accurate performance even during sensitive maneuvers. Its patented injection technology provides stable and predictable deep throttling over a 1:10 range, supporting steady-state operation, transient thrust profiles, and precise pulsed firings up to 10 Hz. Operating on C2H6/N2O propellants with a specific impulse of 270-300 s, it delivers 2-20 N of thrust with a lead time of 9-12 months and a base price of €30,000. Weighing under 1000 g with a footprint of D<75mm x H<250mm, it is designed to survive -40C to +65C with an operating range of -20C to +30C.
