Generic RF ATE
The Generic RF ATE is developed to test Radar and Radar Subsystems, primarily built using instrumentation control, precision RF routing systems, and rack-mounted test instruments.
About
The Generic RF ATE is designed for comprehensive testing of Radar and Radar Subsystems. This Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system is constructed with a focus on instrumentation control, incorporating precision RF routing systems and various rack-mounted test instruments. It facilitates the measurement of critical parameters for a range of Radar equipment, including Local Oscillators, Waveform Generators, Up and Down Converters, Analog Receivers, Array Group Receiver Units, and TR Modules. The ATE is specifically configured to support testing of Radars across a broad frequency spectrum, capable of operating up to an 18GHz frequency range. This makes it a versatile solution for verifying the performance and functionality of complex RF components within radar systems.
