The SmartLITE Network Management System (NMS) is hiSky’s cloud-based or on-premises software platform for managing the full fleet of SmartLITE terminals and their communication services. The NMS provides a single pane of glass for operators to monitor link status, manage QoS policies, configure terminals, and generate usage reports.
Designed for non-specialist operators, the NMS features an intuitive interface that reduces training requirements for field personnel while providing advanced controls for network engineers. It supports real-time monitoring of terminal locations, signal quality, and bandwidth utilisation across hundreds of simultaneously connected platforms.
The NMS works in tandem with the HISKY Hub to provide end-to-end control of the SmartLITE network. Together these components enable hiSky to offer a truly managed connectivity service, including remote diagnostics, over-the-air firmware updates for terminals, and centralised security policy enforcement across the entire network.
