About
The HPN-L Harmonic Planetary® value series gearbox provides a low-cost solution without the need to compromise on quality or performance. This face-mount series incorporates helical gears, which contribute to high torque capabilities, quiet operation, and a long service life. It maintains a backlash of less than 5 arc minutes for single-stage configurations throughout the gear’s lifespan. Large radial ball bearings are integrated to support the output shaft, ensuring high load capacity. HPN-L Harmonic Planetary® gears are available with either a smooth output shaft or a shaft that includes a key and a tapped center hole. These HPN gearheads are designed for quick coupling to any servo motor using Harmonic Drive’s Quick Connect® coupling system and are available with short lead times. This new value series of planetary gears upholds the reputation for quality and reliability that Harmonic Drive® products are known for worldwide.
