The IHI Aerospace BT-4 is a 450 N flight-proven bipropellant thruster using Hydrazine/NTO propellants. With a specific impulse of 326 s and 32,850 s demonstrated life, the BT-4 is IHI Aerospace’s primary large satellite apogee kick engine and main propulsion thruster. Requires fuel inlet pressure >1.69 MPa and oxidizer inlet pressure >1.62 MPa.
