About
The IMT C-Band Transponder is a CubeSat-compliant transponder providing a new C-band frequency option for nanosatellite communication, supporting both TT&C and payload data downlink. Uplink operates in the 5091-5150 MHz range and downlink in 4500-4800 MHz. The unit occupies less than 0.4U (90x96x40 mm) at 400g mass. Power consumption is 3.5W in receive mode and 10W combined TX+RX at 1W output power. Supply is +5V at 2.0A max plus -5V at 0.1A. IF interfaces at 390 MHz output and 460 MHz input, with a 40 MHz TCXO at ±20 ppm stability. Operating temperature -20 to +60 deg C, design lifetime 3 years.
