KSD CubeSat Deployers

The KSD series is Kairo Space’s line of CubeSat deployers for integrating nanosatellites with launch vehicles. Deployers in the KSD family provide the mechanical and electrical interface between the launch vehicle adapter and the CubeSat payload, holding the satellite securely during launch loads and deploying it on command in orbit.

KSD deployers are compatible with standard CubeSat form factors and meet the dimensional requirements of major launch vehicle rideshare programs. They provide spring-ejection deployment with positive retention during launch and a controlled release mechanism triggered by the separation command signal. The deployers are offered both as products for satellite integrators and as part of Kairo Space’s end-to-end satellite deployment service.
