The CAVE Deployer is a CubeSat deployment system capable of deploying CubeSats ranging from 6U to 16U in size, with support for protrusions up to 28 mm. It boasts a low price point and short lead times, with standard delivery up to 18 weeks, which can be reduced to as little as 4 weeks for confirmed configurations. A core feature is its customizable rail length, allowing integration of CubeSats with custom lengths from 366 mm to 454 mm without requiring deployer redesign. The deployer also offers maximum access to the CubeSat during integration through removable side panels and an open, service-friendly layout. Safety and reliability are enhanced by a fully redundant, in-house developed HDRM (Hold Down and Release Mechanism) system based on an electromagnet-driven concept. Each CAVE Deployer includes integrated deployment telemetry switches to confirm door position and CubeSat release status, providing real-time confirmation of successful payload deployment to launch providers and mission teams.
