About
Asteria is Kall Morris Inc’s innovative adhesive technology allowing the coupling of payloads to legacy and modern Resident Space Objects (RSOs), enhancing in-space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing (ISAM) capabilities, improving tracking, and facilitating deorbit needs. For persistent attachment, Asteria uses gecko adhesion to attach new payloads to unprepared RSOs, enabling passive disposal, future interfacing or servicing, life extension, or defensive applications. The technology allows permanent attachment of modules to unprepared surfaces without requiring continuous power input or external support, using omnidirectional gecko adhesion compatible with a wide range of material and surface types.
