XWAVE is KT SAT’s maritime satellite connectivity brand, delivering unlimited internet connectivity and integrated maritime solutions to vessels at sea. The service offers dual-connectivity via Ku-band primary and L-band backup to maintain stable communications regardless of sea conditions and satellite geometry.
The portfolio includes Global-MVSAT for vessels operating on worldwide ocean routes, and Regional-MVSAT optimized for the Far East Asia–Singapore–Middle East corridor — one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world. Both variants offer unlimited data plans with flexible prepaid voucher options for vessels with variable operational schedules.
XWAVE services include IP-based real-time operational communication, crew welfare internet access, and seamless integration with vessel management systems. KT SAT’s global after-sales network of 300+ service partners ensures vessels can receive technical support at ports around the world.
