Busan Maritime Business Center

The Busan Maritime Satellite Business Center is at the forefront of developing ship and shore communication solutions in Korea. It provides not only Inmarsat services but also MVSAT (Unlimited Maritime VSAT) service, which significantly contributes to efficient and stable ship operations, as well as enhancing the welfare of sailors and crew members. A key offering is the maritime satellite communication service, which utilizes global Ku bandwidth through KOREASAT Satellite and the Global Satellite Network. This service is introducing a new maritime culture that extends beyond traditional communication. The center is staffed with experts in maritime and shipping, specializing in marketing, sales, and consulting. Furthermore, the Busan Maritime Business Center collaborates closely with the Kumsan and Yongin Satellite Control Centers to provide various field services, including the installation of communication equipment within ships, comprehensive training, and ongoing maintenance.
