About
Phoenix Eye SignalBoost is a digital signal processing (DSP) software product from RocketStar (originating from Miles Space) that provides Low Probability of Intercept/Detect (LPI/D) capability for tactical radio communications. It is built on proprietary commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software originally developed for deep-space communications, adapted to detect signals tens of decibels below the noise floor. The tool is aimed at special operations and other users needing covert or clandestine communications where transmissions must avoid revealing the operator’s location or presence to an adversary.
