About

The UTP 9085 is a fully automated, multi-stage test system within the NOFFZ Universal Tester Platform, developed for high-volume production environments. It combines automated DUT handling, multi-station workflows, and modular test equipment in a compact solution, enabling fast cycle times, reliable end-of-line processes, and integrated inspection, labeling, and functional testing within a highly flexible, scalable architecture. An automatic rotary/indexing table moves DUTs through multiple test and inspection stations in a continuous, fully automated sequence, with dual-DUT or multi-nest configurations for higher throughput. Optional integrated modules include optical pin/connector inspection, label printing and application, and automated sorting. Typical applications include end-of-line tests for electronic control units, inspection and functional validation of mechatronic assemblies, high-volume production lines requiring automated labeling and sorting, multi-stage test processes such as assembly control plus functional test, and connector inspection to avoid contact defects. Example deployments include a rotary/indexing machine for EOL testing in automotive electronics and a high-volume LTE-NAD test system combining flashing, calibration, verification, and packaging.
