The SM04 is a 4U CubeSat structure offered by NPC Spacemind, designed to provide a robust and flexible platform for small satellite development. The structure accommodates configurable board stacks, with options for both horizontal and vertical assembly, providing flexibility in payload integration. It is designed for independent PCB stack assembly from the main structure. The SM04 is compatible with SPM Solar Panels and also supports solar panels from multiple other vendors. It boasts PC104 and PC104 PLUS compatibility, ensuring broad interoperability with existing CubeSat components. For enhanced structural integrity, helicoil inserts are used. The product includes a standard structure, assembly screws, and four 1U stack assembly standard sets. Optional 1U intermediate rings are available for further customization. The SM04 also supports up to 4 stand-off kill switches and up to 4 rail switches for safety and deployment mechanisms. Its dimensions without kill switches are 454 x 100.0 x 100.0 mm.
