About
NanoAvionics CubeSat Standard Structure is a generic, modular nanosatellite structural frame developed to maximize design flexibility. The modular design complies with the CubeSat Design Specification (CDS) and the PC/104 stack standard, providing a high degree of freedom for spacecraft configuration. Frames are precision machined from 7075-T7351 aerospace aluminum alloy, then hard-anodized and qualified to NASA GEVS 7000 standards for shock and vibration environments.
All materials are non-magnetic, making the frames compatible with sensitive magnetic attitude control systems. The standard anodized finish is hard-anodized black or natural, in accordance with the CubeSat standard. Available sizes span from 6U to 16U:
• 6U CubeSat frame: €5,040 per unit
• 8U CubeSat frame: €7,470 per unit
• 12U CubeSat frame: €10,000 per unit
• 16U CubeSat frame: €12,750 per unit
The frame is designed for compatibility with all NanoAvionics subsystem boards and CubeSat bus platforms, enabling streamlined integration of the full NanoAvionics product ecosystem.
