The SM06 is a 6U CubeSat structure offered by NPC Spacemind, designed to provide a robust and flexible platform for small satellite missions. Key features include support for up to 8 deployment switches and configurable board stacks, allowing for both horizontal and vertical stack assembly. The structure measures 340.5 x 226.3 x 100.0 mm (without kill switches) and ensures that the PCB stack assembly is independent from the main structure. It is compatible with SPM Solar Panels as well as panels from multiple other vendors. The SM06 also boasts PC104 and PC104 PLUS compatibility, which are common standards in CubeSat development. For enhanced structural integrity, it incorporates helicoil inserts. The product comes as a standard structure with assembly screws and includes three 2U stack assembly standard sets. Optional 1U and 2U intermediate rings are available for further customization. For safety and deployment, it supports up to 4 stand-off kill switches and up to 4 rail switches.
