About

Pale Blue PBH-100 is a fully integrated water-propellant Hall effect thruster system targeting MicroSats. It features Pale Blue’s highly reliable proprietary Japanese microwave cathode technology, which eliminates the typical startup delay of conventional Hall thrusters for small satellites, delivering instant, high-efficiency propulsion. The system is configurable and includes the thruster head, fluidics, power processing unit (PPU), and propellant tank; the propellant is preloaded at the factory to simplify integration. With 5–8 mN of thrust at 110–180 W and over 50,000 Ns of total impulse, PBH-100 addresses MicroSat missions requiring sustained high-delta-V capability.
