About
Muon Space offers a range of payloads and data products built for Condor platforms and tailored for each mission. These payloads integrate seamlessly with the spacecraft platform, ground segment, and other payloads, ensuring calibrated, multi-level data products are delivered to your cloud environment without interface surprises or schedule risk.
The offerings include Electro-Optical / Infrared (EO/IR) Payloads, specifically Quickbeam EO/IR, which provide precision imaging for demanding Earth observation missions. This family features visible and cryo-cooled infrared cameras with a precision scan-mirror assembly for wide-area persistent surveillance, enabling detection, characterization, and discrimination. These high-performance EO/IR payloads support custom sensing modes like wide-area thermal monitoring, multispectral target detection, and persistent ground surveillance, adaptable across mission requirements without hardware redesign.
Radio Frequency (RF) Payloads, such as RadioCore-S, offer a powerful platform reconfigurable for any RF sensing mission. Built on the same RadioCore platform used for spacecraft communications, it features a tightly coupled RF system-on-a-chip, high-speed converters, and onboard processing. RadioCore-S digitizes multiple wideband channels simultaneously, reconfigurable in software for different frequencies, bandwidths, and waveforms, supporting custom sensing modes including wideband spectrum monitoring, signal detection, and geolocation.
Additionally, Muon Space provides TestKit, a ground-based integration environment built around a flight-like PayloadCore. This allows for flight-like integration months before hardware delivery, validating power, data, and comms interfaces against ICD specifications. This makes payload integration a continuous process from program kickoff, rather than a bottleneck.
Data Products include Multispectral Infrared (MSIR) Data, offering broad-area thermal intelligence across six channels (Red, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, LWIR). With 1,500 km swath scans, it enables broad-area thermal characterization and target discrimination. Data products are available as L1B single-band frames and L1C orthomosaic tiles, with coverage evolving from daily today to hourly revisit by 2030, collected by purpose-built constellations for global wildfire detection and thermal monitoring.
