The Power Module Checkout ATE is specifically designed for the exhaustive testing of DC-DC Power modules, which are crucial components in India’s space program. This Automated Test Equipment (ATE) rigorously evaluates all design parameters of the DC-DC converters. These parameters include, but are not limited to, supply voltage range, line and load regulation, efficiency, ripple, noise, and transient response. To facilitate comprehensive testing of various types of power modules, the system incorporates special power sources and advanced loading mechanisms. This ensures that the power modules meet the stringent requirements for performance and reliability demanded by space applications.
