This is an indoor Pulsed Wave (PW) LDMOS Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) providing 350W of output power, specifically designed for industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) applications. It features highly efficient LDMOS technology for superior lifetime and high MTBF. The unit is air-cooled and designed for standard 19” rack mounting (2U height). It offers user-friendly LED indicators for local control and includes fault and alarm interfaces. Remote control is available via discrete analog/digital signals, monitoring parameters like output power, current, power supply, and temperature. It has internal self-protection against temperature, fan failure, overduty, and power supply failure. The SSPA operates with an input frequency range of 3 GHz ±5 MHz and provides a gain of >57 dB. It supports customizable input level and attenuation adjustment ranges.
