About
CubeCone is a transitional ring adapter within Redwire’s payload adapter product family, built to provide a mechanical transition between a primary payload interface and secondary or rideshare payloads. Like XPOD, LoFF, and CubeStack, it was developed by Redwire’s Engineering Solutions group leveraging decades of experience with launch vehicle, separation system, and payload interface standards.
The Redwire payload adapter family that includes CubeCone has flown on missions such as ORS-3, Spaceflight SSO-A, SpaceX Rideshare missions, Spaceflight GTO-1, the SpaceIL Lunar Lander mission, and SSL primary / AFRL secondary integrations.
