About
Serenum’s modular CubeSat structures provide a flight-heritage mechanical backbone for CubeSat missions, with a modular design for easy integration and accessibility. The structures feature detachable side panels for maximum accessibility during assembly and integration, are fully PC104 compatible, and support multiple PCB sizes. A dual kill-switch mechanism is integrated for standard CubeSat deployment safety compliance, and structure cut-outs are provided for improved harness attachment routing. Structures are manufactured in a choice of Aluminium Alloy, Stainless Steel Alloy, or Titanium Alloy, and are offered in multiple size variants to fit different mission form factors, from compact single-unit structures up to larger multi-unit configurations, each supporting an individual number of stack assemblies. All structure variants have flight heritage and have completed functional, vibration, mechanical shock, and thermal-vacuum-cycling qualification and acceptance test campaigns, with quoted lead times around 3 weeks depending on configuration.
