Harmonic Drive provides digital servo drives for brushless (AC) and brush (DC) actuators. These drives work with Harmonic Drive Motion (HDM) software, which must be installed on a computer to complete the setup using their parameters. The drives can communicate through CANopen®, MACRO, DeviceNet and EtherCAT®, and can be operated with indexer, ACSII and discrete I/O, step/direction or PWM or + or 10V commands. In addition to supporting Harmonic Drive’s encoder protocols, the servo drives are compatible with various motor OEM encoder formats.
