About
Harmonic Drive LLC provides High Precision Servo Mount Gearboxes, featuring Quick Connect® coupling for easy attachment to any servo motor using a single bolt clamping design. These gearboxes are an ideal solution for servomotor applications. The Harmonic Planetary® series offers ratios from 3:1 to 50:1, including the HPN-L Face-Mount value series for affordable pricing and short lead times, which are drop-in replacements for many popular planetary gearbox models. HPN-A Planetary gears are available in one-stage and two-stage speed ratios, with both HPN-L and HPN-A offering right angle configurations. HPG (standard torque), HPG (standard torque with helical gearing), and HPGP (high torque with helical gearing) gearheads provide precision and low backlash (standard: < 3-arc-min, optional: <1 arc-min), with HPG available in 3 sizes as a right angle configuration. The Harmonic Drive® series (ratios 50:1 to 160:1) includes CSF-GH and CSG-GH Quick Connect® gearheads with zero-backlash Harmonic Drive® gearing, utilizing proprietary S tooth profile for high precision positioning (repeatability ±4 to ±10 arc-sec).
